I enjoyed my time at Rocky and all of my classmates. I have lots of good memories and forgot most of the bad ones (good deal)!! I liked being on the swim team and almost all of my classes. I still use some of what I learned at Rocky every day.
News: I have a new lady in my life, and she is great!! We are building a cabin near Westcliffe, CO, and having a great time building it by ourselves. I always was interested in solar power and being self-sufficient, so we are doing all we can to live on our own. I hope everyone can enjoy their life like I am.

I remember the worst trouble we got into was throwing pennies at the study hall blackboard!!! Those were the days, huh?
News: I'm happily talking with an old friend as I'm typing this (Roger himself!) He has informed me that I've neglected this form for way too long. I will be attending my daughter's wedding in California this September, two weeks before the reunion.

Hitched, no living children that I am currently aware of--misspent youth--(surprise emails in this regard will be ignored!)
Medical transcription industry
computer business owner

Favorite memories: My favorite memory involved drinking beer before the Friday night dances (senior year) and then driving my '54 Buick Roadmaster (4 miles to the gallon) up onto one of the gravel roads in the cemetery so nobody could sneak up and "bushwhack" us. Up there we (censored....) and the best part was (redacted...) and then of course we (op cit/ibid...)! (Shame on you, Dick, this is a family website...ed.)

I also remember fondly that I was a "creative" chemistry student. By dropping copper pennies into sulfuric acid for six seconds they would dissolve down to the size and weight of a dime. (Still owe my lab mate Tom Nusbaum an apology for toxic fumes incident this scheme produced and the brain damage problems--sorry, Tom--how's it goin'?.....Tom?....Tom?)

Anyway, these copper dimes worked perfectly in the Coke machine in the cafeteria until Charles O. Austin announced over the PA one morning that the degenerated low-life that was using "funny money" in the Coke machine and losing Rocky High money, would be suspended for life when caught. I always liked Charlie O. Nice sense of humor.

BTW--got a "C" in the Chem class. (Good dancer--no brains.)

News: Contrary to popular high school predictions, I am still alive, not in rehab nor Federal Detention Center for white collar crimes. Rumors of witness protection program involvement seem to be greatly exaggerated also.

Words of wisdom: Age and duplicity will conquer youth, sincerity and selfless altruism every time.
