Daniel Schrader

1944 - January 7, 2005

Daniel Lee Schrader, 60, formerly of Coal Valley, passed away Jan. 7, 2005, at Hospice Family Care Center, Mesa, Ariz.

Dan lived in Coal Valley for 40 years before relocating to Mesa. Services were held at First Baptist Church, Mesa.

He was formerly employed by International Harvester and currently owned and operated Dan's Heating and Air Conditioning. Dan was known for rebuilding and redesigning anything mechanical. He followed the racing circuit and enjoyed going to the Phoenix 500 over the years. He married Patricia Kautz of Muscatine, Iowa, in 1969.

He is survived by the joys of his life, his wife of 36 years, his daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Tim Wells, Thornton, Colo., and granddaughter, Megan. Other survivors include his mother, Etta Mae Dunsworth, Mesa, and brothers, Timothy Schrader, Rock Island, Allen Dunsworth, Fort Myers, Fla., and Kelley Dunsworth, Rock Island.
